• Press and hold the ON button to turn the massager ON, it will start at the lowest speed.
• To increase the speed of the massager, press the power button.

• Press the power button again to stop the massager and go into standby mode.
• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the massager OFF

The Flexypro alpha is a quality product. I have only used it for a few days and I noticed a drastic improvement, in reduction in tightness across my quads, calves & hamstrings. I'm also using this pre workout to support my training. Definitely Recommended!
